These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TopShop.Club (the "Site") and any purchase of products from the Site. The Site is operated by Rob & The Young Holdings SL ("we", "us", "our").

2. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store payment card details.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered worldwide by tracked mail in 5–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and Withdrawal
You benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund & Returns Policy) and, if you are an EU consumer, a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (see Cancellation Policy).
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including Spanish consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Rob & The Young Holdings SL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
