Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and — where practical — in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

1. Email robain@robandtheyoung.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the parcel off at your local carrier location.

3. Return Shipping

Returns are free by mail — we cover the return shipping cost via the label we provide.

4. Refund Timeframe

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional few days to appear.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Exclusions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Cancellation Policy).
