Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

1. Withdrawal Period

The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) sent to:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label.
